VC's and Dean's award in Spring 2016

 

A total of 169 students from different Departments of University of Asia Pacific (UAP) have received "VC's Honor List Award" for their outstanding academic results in Spring 2016 on December 16 at UAP City Campus.

Professor Dr. Jamilur Reza Choudhury, Vice Chancellor, UAP distributed the certificates among the awardees as the Chief Guest. Prof. Dr. Jamilur Reza Choudhury, VC, Prof. Dr. M. R. Kabir, Pro VC and Mr. Qayum Reza Chowdhury, Chairman, Board of Trustees (BOT) spoke on the occasion. Among others, Member, BOT, Heads and faculties of the Departments, Students, Staff and Guardian of the Awardees were present at the program.

The 169 students of different Departments have received the award in different semesters. Among them, 2 from Architecture while 19 from Business Administration, 16 from Civil Engineering, 33 from Computer Science and Engineering, 23 from Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 62 from Pharmacy, 10 from Law & Human Rights and 4 from English Department.

Earlier, a total of 224 students awarded Dean's Honor List Award for Spring 2016 at the same venue.

Among others, Prof. Dr. M. R. Kabir, Pro VC and Prof. Dr. Abu Sayeed M. Ahmed, Dean of Environmental Sciences and Design addressed the program.
